2. Quotes & Service Agreements

All quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inquiry. If additional work, corrections, historical bookkeeping cleanup, or unforeseen issues are identified after reviewing your records, the final pricing may be adjusted. Any changes to pricing or project scope will be discussed and approved before additional work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely service, clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate financial information.
• Submit required documents and records on time.
• Notify us of any changes that may affect bookkeeping, payroll, or tax reporting.
• Maintain access to accounting software and related financial platforms when required.

FB Tax & Accounting Group is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date stated. Late payments may result in service delays, suspension of ongoing work, or additional fees where permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of financial information. All client records and business information are handled with strict confidentiality and are only used to provide the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

6. Payroll & Tax Services

While we strive to ensure accuracy in payroll processing, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and sales tax reporting, the client remains responsible for reviewing submitted information and approving filings where required. Clients are responsible for providing accurate employee information, tax details, and financial records.

7. QuickBooks & Xero Support

We provide setup, migration, cleanup, troubleshooting, and support for QuickBooks and Xero. Although every effort is made to maintain data integrity, FB Tax & Accounting Group is not responsible for issues resulting from third-party software outages, platform changes, user modifications, or incorrect data supplied by the client.

8. Notary Services

Notary services are provided in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. Clients must present valid identification and ensure all documents are complete before notarization.

9. Limitation of Liability

FB Tax & Accounting Group performs services with reasonable care and professional standards. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
• Delays caused by third-party software providers or government agencies.
• Business decisions made based on financial reports or information provided.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Availability

We make every effort to deliver services within agreed timelines. Occasionally, delays may occur due to software outages, regulatory changes, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property
